I recently got someone asking what the helpless were, so this is pretty much all I know about them. I'm not sure how people missed this, they're kinda everywhere now. That's good though, I'm happy they haven't gotten wherever y'all are! The helpless are (were?) people, I guess? Not sure what happened to them. I heard people call them "the helpless" before, well, everyone left. I do know that you should NEVER get near one. They are aggressive and if they touch or hurt you, you become one of them. As for what they look like, they still look human-ish? Except they're goopy, got big arms, and only have eyes. Anyway, that's about all I know! Good luck out there!
